This page explains Béclaura's returns and exchanges policy. Nothing on this page reduces your legal rights under applicable Kuwaiti law; wherever a clause here conflicts with the law, the law applies.
Ready-Made pieces
Our Ready-Made returns/exchange policy is 14 days from the date of receipt, subject to applicable Kuwaiti law, provided the item remains in its original, unused condition.
Made-to-Measure pieces
Made-to-Measure pieces are prepared specifically according to the measurements provided and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged once tailoring has begun, except where the item has a defect or an error attributable to Béclaura. This does not affect any rights available to the customer under applicable Kuwaiti law.
