These terms govern your use of the Béclaura website and any order you place through it. Completing an order means you accept them. Any right you hold under Kuwaiti law remains in force and overrides any clause here that conflicts with it.
About Béclaura
Béclaura (Béclaura Company) is a Kuwait-based online store specializing in abayas, based in Kuwait City, State of Kuwait.
Products: Ready-Made vs. Made-to-Measure
- Ready-Made: fixed sizes shown as available inventory.
- Made-to-Measure pieces are prepared specifically according to the measurements provided and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged once tailoring has begun, except where the item has a defect or an error attributable to Béclaura. This does not affect any rights available to the customer under applicable Kuwaiti law. An order of this kind is only treated as final once you have explicitly agreed to this term when placing the order.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar and are final. Our current payment method is "Send Link": we send you payment instructions or a link to pay directly through your own bank; we never receive or store your card details at all.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery area, delivery provider, and available delivery option. The applicable shipping charge will be clearly shown during checkout before payment is confirmed. See the Shipping & Delivery page for more detail.
Contract formation
Your order is an offer to purchase, and becomes a valid, binding contract once we confirm your order.
Returns and exchanges
See the Returns & Exchanges page for full detail. Nothing in these terms reduces your legal rights under applicable Kuwaiti law.
Privacy
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
